To make this dish, you’ll need 3 tablespoons of butter, 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic, 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, 2 tablespoons of fresh parsley (chopped), and fettuccine of your choice. First, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta as instructed on the package. Meanwhile, heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Slowly add cream, stirring constantly. When the cream is hot, add cheese, pepper, and parsley. Reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
