-1 teaspoon kosher salt
-2 tablespoons Chinese Hoisin Sauce
-4 tablespoons honey
-8 pancakes (store-bought or homemade)

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Pat the duck dry with paper towels and place it on a roasting pan.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the ginger and garlic paste, Shaoxing wine, five-spice powder, and kosher salt. Rub the inside and outside of the duck with the mixture.
4. Place the duck in the preheated oven and roast for 45 minutes, turning once during cooking.
5. In a small bowl, mix together the hoisin sauce and honey.
6. Brush the mixture over the duck and continue to roast for an additional 15 minutes.
7. Remove the duck from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
8. To serve, place two pancakes per person, and top each with slices of Peking Duck. Enjoy!
