5. Start rolling the sushi from the end that is closest to you. Roll slowly, keeping a tight grip on the roll.

6. Once the roll is complete, slice the sushi roll into 8-10 pieces using a sharp knife.

7. Serve the sushi with a few slices of pickled ginger, wasabi, and natural soy sauce. Enjoy!
